To ensure patients attended video visits during the pandemic, I implemented an automated SMS reminder system that seamlessly integrated Epic EHR with TeleVox via FTP. Patients received appointment reminders with options to confirm or cancel directly via text, achieving response rates 90% higher than traditional methods. The SMS also included a prep link for video visits, improving patient readiness and reducing unnecessary in-person visits. Automated rebooking for canceled slots maximized appointment capacity and generated over $4 million in monthly revenue, eliminating the need for costly call center support and enhancing scheduling efficiency.

Throughput Dashboard on Tableau

Created a custom heatmap using ED arrival and departure data that revealed patient census. This insight helped adjust staffing levels to improve patient throughput. The success of this data-driven approach led to its adoption by other institutions, dramatically enhancing operational efficiency and reducing wait times.

Standardized Quality Dashboard

Developed a comprehensive OB regulatory dashboard to track and standardize +50 KPIs across several institutions. This dashboard allowed for multi-level analysis and provided real-time data insights, leading to more consistent care delivery and improved performance tracking. Automated Operations Productivity Report
