Summary:

I provided comprehensive training for hospital staff—including physicians, nurses, and leadership—on a self-service dashboard despite initial hesitance. Through mandated reporting training sessions, employees gradually became more proficient and confident in utilizing the new tools. Throughput Dashboard on Tableau

Created a custom heatmap using ED arrival and departure data that revealed patient census. This insight helped adjust staffing levels to improve patient throughput. The success of this data-driven approach led to its adoption by other institutions, dramatically enhancing operational efficiency and reducing wait times.

Standardized Quality Dashboard

Developed a comprehensive OB regulatory dashboard to track and standardize +50 KPIs across several institutions. This dashboard allowed for multi-level analysis and provided real-time data insights, leading to more consistent care delivery and improved performance tracking. The new system replaced siloed, spreadsheet-based reporting and established a benchmark for quality improvement.

Automated Operations Productivity Report

I developed an automated weekly operations report using Python and SQL, pulling data from a large data warehouse.
